Eligibility for Cancellation

Non-Cancellable Services

Cancellation Approval

Refunds After Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund amount will be determined based on services already rendered. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval, subject to firm policy and applicable laws.

Administrative & Processing Fees

Administrative, consultation, documentation, and processing fees are generally non-refundable. Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the client during the cancellation review process.

Delay or Force Majeure

Amin Ul Mulk Law Firm shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to proceed with services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including governmental decisions, regulatory changes, court schedules, or force majeure events. Such cases do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.

Misrepresentation or Non-Compliance

If a client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information, or fails to comply with applicable laws or firm requirements, Amin Ul Mulk Law Firm reserves the right to cancel services without refund.

Right to Modify Policy

Amin Ul Mulk Law Firm reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website or official platforms.

Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in relation to cancellations shall fall under UAE jurisdiction.
